Activities:–
Health:
Free Medical Camps– In the year 2017 total 46 camps have been conducted in 39circles of 14 districts; Altogether 3431 patients from 46 villages have been treated in these camps. Total 29074 patients has been benefited from Medical camps, VHW and dispensary of AVP.A Special camp held at Chasa, Old KatangandLazu inTirap district from6 November to 11 November 2017byDr. Anil Joshi, and Dr, Jyotshna Joshi from Aurangabad (Maharashtra) Total 600 patients from 12 villages have been benefited through these camps. DMO Khonsa and staff of District hospital extended full support in that camp. ZPCMrsSontuBangsiaand Shri P. N. Thoungan, DC, Tirap was the Chief guest in Inaugural Function.
Education :
There are35Balwadis, 3primary school and 2 nos. middle chools of AVPwhere 2324 students are reading/ studying.Libraries– Village libraries arerunning in 3 places of 3 districts; ouryouth workers are managing thTeachers’ orientation camp: 05 days long orientation camp for Balwadis teachers held at VKV, Chimpufrom2nd Aril to7th April 2017. Total 68teachers’from 25 old balwadis and 3 new proposed balwadis participatedin the camp. Shri Ramchandraya ji, All India In charge for Education, ABVKA and Shri Sarad Ansingkarof AVP were the resource persons.117 students are getting almost free education in the hostels run by ABVKA and others associated organization at Dehradun, Bhiwani, Faridabad, Delhi, Gorkhpur, Kanpur, Saharanpur, Rudrapur, Raipur, Mirjapur and Nagpur.Computer Training Institute- A new Computer training center hasbeen started at Tezu in Lohit district. Now 3centers are running at Diyun, Daporijo and Tezu.Bal Vikas Kendra: 11 BalVikas Kendra are running presently in 3 district where 274 students are getting lessons of good conduct and moral teachings through sports and intellectual activities.
Sports Activity
Sports Competition: – State level Archery competition was held on 6th November 2017 at Doimukh in Papumpare district for selection of player to participate in National Vanvasi Archery and sports meet. Total 30 Archers from 7 district participated and 4 Female and 12 male players were selected for National level. Two formers Players ShriNabamRikam from Doimukh and ShriTofaWangsu from Longding were felicitated for their contribution towards archery through AVP. AVP Dist. President ER. TabaTakam felicitated them by giving Archery Sets. 16 Archers from Arunachal Pradesh participated in National Vanvasi KridaMahotshva, Bhopal held on 27-31 December 2017. One player bagged silver medal for the state.

Felicitation of Nyibus (traditional priest) : 74 priest of Sartang tribe of West Kameng District has been felicitated by AVP on 28.8.2017 at ZiriGoan village. EAC of BomdilaShri Sango Pema was the Chief Guest of the Function.Assistance has been given in kinds to 14 cultural halls of different communities
Relief Work:
In a fire accident at Hapoli town and HariVillage in Lower Subansiri District and Rumi colony of Itanagar the AVP distributed blankets, utensils to the 65 fire victim families.
Adhikari visit:
Shri Ramesh Babu, all India ShradhaJagaranPramukh , ABVKA visited in Lohit District on 6and 7 May2017. He addressed a gathering of Indigenous faith follower s and office bearers of Mishami faith Promotion Society. He also visited Tanchow- Kumya( Mishmi mandir) of Tafragam and Pomiliang.Tour of Sh. Vishnu Kant ji: A 10 days tour of ShVishnukantji,Akhil Bharatiya joint General Secretary, ABVKA organized from 07.01.2018 to 16.01.2018 in Lohit, Anjaw and Changlang districts of Arunachal Pradesh. SandipKavishwar Joint Organising Secretary NE Region ABVKA, ShBirendraDubey, Org. Secy. Sh Suneel Kumar Jt. Org. Secy, AVP also accompanied him. The main objective of the tour was to interact with villagers of border area of China and Myanmar, Security forces, District level Committee; workers of Cultural Centers and to review the impact of AVP’s work & Indigenous Faith Movement in the society and to build up the confidence of workers.In his tour he visited villages, schools, hospital etc.State president of AVP ShriTechiGubin along with ShriGyatiPada and B.K. Dubey toured the six eastern District of Arunachal Pradesh – Lohit, Namsai, LowerDibang Valley, Changlang, Tirap and Longding from 26th August to 2nd September 2017. In his tour he visited AVP projects Balwadi, cultural centers, computer centers, and tailoring centers. He interacted with local workers, Villagers and took part in DLC/ CLC meeting.
Tour Programme:
Exposure tour: -A 18 member team of AVP Mahila Samiti Itanagar has organized an Exposure tour to Sikkim and West Bengal from 7th to 13 Novembr2017. They visited Kalyan Ashram Hostel ofRanipul (Gangtok) and BirsaMunda Hostel (near Siliguri) and interacted with the students and workers of Kalyan Ashram. They also Visited the Bharat China border and meet to Indian Army inDokalam area. After tour all are very happy and inspired.8 teachers from Itanagar Balwadis have toured to Sikkim and 16 students and teachers of Hutho Middle school, Raga has gone for a educational tour to Kolkota from 9th to 15th January 2018OrganisationalTour:Total 6 full time Mahila workers of AVP took part in a baithak of all samvicharisangathan (like minded organization) at Guwahati on 11- 13 November 2017.Well-wishers tour – One team of Delhi- 4 members, 5 well-wishers from Hisar ( Haryana) and 8 member team from Gurugram ( Haryana) and 11 well-wishers from Punjabvisited different places, projects and interacted with workers and committee members of AVP
Programmes:
KishoriChetanaShibirwas held at two places Daporijo on 14th January 2017 and Itanagar. 60 and 25 girls attended in these campsrespectively.PrantiyaKaryakartaSammelan: State level workers conference held at Vivikanand Kendra Vidyalay, Chimpu from 28th April 2017 to 30th April 2017. 231 Karyakartafrom 15 tribal communities of 57 circles of 19 district participated in the conference. ShriAtul Jog Jt. OrganisingSecy ABVKA was chief Guest in Inaugural session while ShriPemaKhanduHon,ble Chief Minister of Arunachal Pradesh was the Chief Guest in concluding function. To mark of 25 years of foundation of AVP, 15 senior workers were felicitated by “ArunSeva Samman-2017” are ShriJatanPulu, ShriNabamAtum, ShriTaba Hare, Mrs. D.M.Mallo, ShriTabinKarlo, Shri Pratik Potom, Smti. Tasso Tamiya Santi, ShriTassaso Yun, ShriKalingBorang, Shri M.N. Chaturvedi, ShriMihinKaning, ShriNgungthimChangmi, ShriPaniramPaniyang, ShriMadhuramPegu and ShriLekhiPuntso.ZillaSammelan:As per planningof ABVKA, AVP is Organizing ZillaSammelan. This year 2017-18 is Silver Jubilee Year of AVP. So, AVP isOrganizing Silver Jubilee year with KaryakartaSammelan. Total 15 District organized Zillasammelan so far in which 2502 delegates has participated from 87 circles of 311 villages and 32 tribes and Sub tribes of A.P. Cultural competition, ShabhaYatra, Felicitation of workers are main attraction of programmes.School building inauguration: A. Danyi-PiiloSewasadan ( office cum school building of AVP) at Hapoli ( Lower Subansiri) hasbeen inaugurated on 19.04.2017. ShriTageTaki, Hon’ble MLA of Ziro was as Chief Guest. Well-wishers from Delhi ShriSatishDureja, Sh B L Parasar, Sh. Sunil Rawal and ShArjunGogiawere also present in the function. The building was constructed by the generous donation of Shri N. C. Jain (consistent infrastructure PVT. LTD) &well-wishers of Delhi and localwell-wishers ofLowersubansiri District.Newly constructed academic block of AmikMatai VidyaMandir , Tezu inaugurated on 26thDecember 2017 . ShriMohesh Chai, Hon,bleMinister, ART& Culture Govt. Of A.P and ShriShri Krishna Bhide, Zonal Organiser ABVKA were present as Chief Guest and Guest of Honour. About 500 well-wishers and parents of student were present in the function. Orientation camps:
Three days orientation camp for Full time workers of AVP held at VKV,Wasang, Seppa from27thMay to30th Total 26 workers participated in the camp.ShriManoj Bhatt, Jt. Zonal Org. Secy, ABVKA and Shri Sunil Mohanti,PrantPracharak, RSS attended the camp as resource persons.5 days training camp for new Vistarak and VidyarthiVistarakheld at SewaDham,Lekhi village, Papumpare. Total 7 vistarak participated in camp.ParichayVarg(a 05 day introductory camp for workers) – This year it has been conducted at 10 places with the participation of 285 delegates from 145 places of 48 circles of 13 districts. Zonal and State level workers attended the camps as resource persons.PragatVarg-A 10 days advance course for workers of AVP was held this year at VKV, Jirdinfrom 12th may to 22nd May 2017. Total 34 boys and 22 girls from 8 district, 22 circles and 33 villages participatedin thecamp.

Total 6 office bearers of AVP namely – GyatiRana, RugdomJeram, KamjaiTaisom, TasomTassung and B. K Dubey attended the meeting.Zonal AyamPramukhBaithak held on 21–25 July 2017 at Yuwa Vikas Kendra, Guwahati total 11 workers from AVP attendedthe meeting.AllIndia state organizing Secretary Orientation camp held at ABVKA head quqrterJashpur from14 – 18 August 2017. Shri B.K. Dubey,StateOrganising Secretary of AVP attended the camp.All India KaryakartaBaithak: All India KaryakartaBaithak of Kalyan Ashram held In Raipur (ChhatisGarh)from 15-17 September2017. Total 13 delegates attended the meeting.ShriNibaranMahta, B.K.Dubey attended Office related meeting in Hojai (Assam) on 3.9.2017Indigenous Faith Day:– 1st December is celebrated as Indigenous Faith Day all over the state in a festive fervor at more than 100 places by the Indigenous faith followers under the banner of Indigenous Faith and Cultural Society of Arunachal Pradesh (IFCSAP) by organizing Colorfulprocessions, cultural programme, spiritual discourses and social feasts etc. The state and district committee members of AVP attended the function as resource persons at various places. The workers of AVP played active leading role at all the places.Sampark Abhiyan: –This year AVP has resolved to conduct Sampark Abhiyan in each and every village of the state.The images, flags and lockets of Gods and Goddesses of Tribal communities have been distributed amongst them. Now,our workers have reached in the most interior areas of the state.
MakarSankrantiUtsav:
ParshuramKundMela: – Every year volunteers and doctor of AVP used to serve for three days in the ParshuramKundYatra in the month of January, this year also under the leadership of Dr. R.B. Mishra and Sh. B.K. Dubey the team served there. Total 19 volunteers from medocircle offered their services. Shri Vishnu Kant ji Jt. Gen. Secy. also visited the mela and interacted to volunteers and appreciated them.This Year AVP MahilaSamiti of Itanagar celebrated Makar Sankranti and collected Arpans (donations in cash & kind) from well-wishers of AVP.

Free Medical Camps- During the year 2019 total- 24 free medical camps have been conducted at 13 circles in 6 districts; Altogether 2724 patients from 24 villages have been treated through this free Medical camps. During the reporting year total 42738 patients were benefited by VHW and 1857 by the dispensary of AVP
Special Dental Health camp held at Longding district, from 23rd May to 1st April by Dr. Pratibha Atawele from Ahmedabad . 328 patients from 3camps at Chanu, Waka and Noknu village was benefited by this Dental Health camps.
Special Eye cheke up and eye operation camps:- Special Eye cheke up and eye operation camps held with the collaboration of Dristi, Eye hospital, Dibrugarh. Dr Ramesh Agarawal and his team conducted the eye cheke up camps and at different places as given below and selected patients were successfully operated in Drishti Eye Hospital, Dibrugarh.

Ø Village health worker camp : Village health workers camp was held at Yinkiong in upper Siang District from 11.03.2019 to 15.03.2019 Total 32 new Workers attended the camp. Dr. R.B. Mishra was main resource person in camp.
Education :
There are 35 Balwadi, 01 nos. primary school and 2 nos. middle schools totaling 38 Pre-primary, primary and middle school in remote rural area in Arunachal Pradesh is being managed by AVP where 2625 students are reading/ state
Village Libraries:- The youth worker of AVP are running and managing Village Library at one village in Upper Subansiri districts of Arunachal Pradesh.
Balwadi Teachers orientation camp:- A 5 days teachers orientation camp for teachers of balwadis and schools run by AVP was held from 16th April 2019 to 21st April 2019 at Abotani Vidya Niketan, Pachin ( Naharlagun). Wherein, Total 45 teachers from 22 balwadis schools attended the camp, Sri M.N. Chaturvedi, State co –coordinator, Vidya Bharati, Shri Rajesh Deshkar, Shetra Sewa Pramukh guided trainees as resource persons.
· Total 92 Students are getting almost free education in the hostels run by ABVKA and others associated organization at Bhiwani, Banaras, Faridabad, Delhi, Gorkhpur, Kanpur, Saharanpur, Rudrapur, Raipur, Mirjapur and Nagpur.
Bal Vikas Kendra:- AVP is running 11 Bal Vikas Kendra in 3 district, wherein 233 students are are taught lessons on good conducts and moral teachings along with sports and Games
Sports Activity:
Sports Competition: -This year AVP organized Archery and Kabbadi competitions at district and State level in Arunachal Pradesh.
State Level Indigenous sports meet was held on 22nd, 23rd and 24th November 2019 at Tezu in Lohit district for selection of player to participate in National Janajati Sports meet, wherein 123 players from 8 districts participated. From state level competition 9 Female and 9 male total 18 players were selected and Participated in National level Kabbadi tournament which was held at Kanpur in last week of December 2019. Sri Saktipada Thakuur ji, All India Khelkhud Pramukh attended in the state level sports meet.
Shradha Jagaran:
All India Shradha Jagaran Baithak held at Donyipolo Vidya niketan, Talum Rukbo nagar, Pasighat on 26th to 28th August 2019 in which 110 delegates from different part of India attended the meeting. Before coming to Pasighat all delegates were divided into 30 groups comprising 2-4 delegates in each group. These groups visited the different villages of various tribes & stayed at local houses from 24-25 August.They interacted with local people,visited their shradha jagaran kendras and gathered information on how they are running their movement.Ma.Somaya Julu, Shri Ramesh babu, Shri Rajendra Madala and Shri Tajom Tasung were also present in the meeting.
Youth Cultural Exchange Tour- 16 youth from Itanagar visited Likabali (Lower Siang) from 31st may – 2nd June2019 and participated in cultural exchange tour.
Training Camps:
Vistarak camp: A state level Vistarak camp was held inducing New Vistarak of AVP at ITRC, Nyeder Namlo Doimukh from 3rd to 6th July 2019. Total 41 participants (New-23, old-18) from 39 Circles of 16 district attended the camp. Ma. Vishnukant ji, Jt. Secretary, ABVKA was also present in camp as resource person.
DLC Orientation camp : Three days orientation camp for newly constituted DLC of AVP was held on 6-8 September 2019 at Bharat scout Guide Centre, Naharlagan. Total 114 delegates from 20 DLC & 7 Office bearers of State committee attended the workshop. Shri Prakash kale, All India saha Vyavastha Pramukh, ABVKA, and Shri Sandip kavishwar, Zonal Organising Secretary attended the workshop as resource person. Shri Allo Libang, Hon’ble Minister for Health, Govt. of AP was the Chief Guest of valedictory function on 8th September 2019.
· Youth Orientation camp: Districts committees also conducted Two Days orientation camps for youth at Tuting (Upper Siang), Panggin (Siang) and Tamin (Kamle District) for youth who are working for protection and preservation of indigenous faith and culture. Wherein 66 both male and female attended the camp.
· ParichayVarg:- This year Parichay Varg has been rechristened as trained workers and train workers five days training Camp was conducted at Roing (Lower Dibang valley), Banderdewa (Papumpare), Kamba (Siang) respectively. Total 98 youths/ workers attended in these camps.
· Pragat Varga : A 10 days Pragat Varga ( Advanced training camp) for youth workers was held at Roing from 24th April- to 4th may 2019. Wherein total 49 Participants attended the
· Relief works for fire victims: Utensils and other necessary commodities were distributed at three places to the fire victims of Millang village in Upper Siang and Duggi (Upper Subansiri) Quariline (Lower Subansiri) wherein total 32 families were benefited.
· Programmes:
· Silver Jubilee Prantiya Karyakarta Sammelan: State level workers conference held at Himalayan University, Jullang from 12th January 2019 to 14th January 2019. Around 600 Karyakarta from 16 tribal communities of 79 circles, 166 villages of 21 districts participated in the conference.
· Honorable Governor Dr B.D Mishra was Chief Guest in Inaugural session and Shri Ramesh Babu,
ABVKA Shardha Jagaran Pramuk was Resource person.
· To mark 25 years of foundation of AVP, 19 senior workers were felicitated by “Arun Seva Samman-2019” They are Shri R. · Honorable, Chief Minister of AP Shri Phema Kandu was Chief Guest in Concluding Session and Shri Gunvant Singh Kotari ABVKA Ex General Secretary was present as Guest.
School building inauguration:Namsai New School building Inauguration:- On 8th December newly constructed School cum skill development center building(Ground Floor) was inaugurated by Chaw Zignu Namchoom,MLA, Namsai, in presence of well wishers from Pune Shri Chandrahas Kulkarni ji and Smti Vandana Kulkarni presence of huge gathering of local parents, well wishers of AVP.
All India meeting at Haridwar: 14 (2 mahila, 12 Purush) Member from Arunachal Pradesh attended the all India meeting of ABVKA held on 20-22 September at Haridwar.
Janajati Gourav Diwas : On the occasion of Bhagawan Bisrsa Munda Jayanti on 15th November the Janajati Goarav Diwas was celebrated at 8 places on AVP service centers . wherein, Total 870 students and 40 elder karyakartas participated in the Program.
Tour of All India Jt. Secretary Shri Vishnukant ji.; Shri Vishnukant ji, all India Joint Secretary, ABVKA visited Arunachal Pradesh from 6th to 10th July 2019. He attended 3 three days Vistarak Varg in Doimukh as Resource Person on 6th July & SMC Meeting on 7th July 2019 at Itanagar. He visited Likabali, Tezu and attended also DLC Meeting of these districts. He discussed with Local residents of Wakro Circle on the issue of development of Parasuram Kund and surrounding area.
Women awareness programme was held at Daporijo and Ziro on 3rd to 5th August and 8th to 10th August 2019 respectively.
Mahila Chetna Shivir: Mahila Chetna Shivir was held at Hollongi on 18th Aust 2019 wherein 80 women workers attended the Shivir.
Prantiya Mahila Karyakarta Abhyas varg:- Prantiya Mahila Karyakrta Abhyas varg was held from 21st December to 26th December at DIA campus, Chimpu Itanagar. Wherein, total 60 workers from different district participated in the camp. A tree plantation programme was held by the participant on the concluding day.
Rakshabandhan:-Like every year AVP celebrated Raksha Bandhan all over the state. Mahila committees/ students and workers of AVP visited the ITBP, CRPF, Army Camps, and Hospitals and celebrated Rakshabandhan with the hospital staff and security personnel.
KUMB MELA: AVP workers from Tuting and Manigaon (27 Male and 21 female) attended the Kumb Mela at Prayagraj, Utter Pradesh on Feb.’ 2019.
Orientation camps:
· Shri Nilo Kardong, Khel Pramukh of AVP attended Khel Pramukh Abhyas Varga at SiliGuri from 6.6.2019 To 9.6.2019
· Sri Sodyong Kri from Tezu attended from AVP in Prachar vibhag baithak at Bangaluru on 1st & 2nd June 2019.
· Shri Tajom Tasung, shri Shiv Shankar Saha and Shri Showa Sonam participated in Shradha Jagaran baithak in Pashighat from 26th to 28th August 2019.
· A orientation camp of Full time workers of Vividh shetra was organised by RSS at Golden Pagoda, Tengapani Village ( Namsai) from 10th to 12th September’ 19. All 21 Full time workers from AVP Participated in the camp.

Sampark Abhiyan: –
1. Sampark Abhiyan program was jointly organised all over the state by AVP, IFCSAP and other Community based sister organization by contacting the indigenous believers and have distributed Indigenous Flag, locates and deity Photos etc.
2. Indigenous youth festival was organised by IFCSAP at Basar from 8th to 10th November 2019. AVP committees and workers took active part in organizing of festival to ensure a grand success of the festival.
Documentation:
1.The Documentation work of Birth, Marriage ritual and festival of five tribal communities namely- Nyishi, Apatani, Mishmi, Nokte and Wancho was held this year. Documented films were released in youth festival at Basar on 8th November 2019.
2. An audio visual interview of prominent women social workers and achievers of Arunachal Pradesh in different field were held by Smti. Amita Apte from 12th to 27th October. Total 12 Women from different communities were interviewed and recorded.
